The response to your request will be communicated to you within 20 (twenty) business days, counted from the effective date your request was received, and may be extended by 20 (twenty) more days in cases established by law; in order for, if appropriate, the measures adopted to comply with your request to be carried out, which will take place within 15 (fifteen) business days following the date on which the corresponding response is communicated.

Mezcal Valiente Bravo may deny access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition to the processing of Personal Data in the following cases:

1. When the applicant is not the owner of the Personal Data, or the legal representative is not duly authorized by the owner of the Personal Data.
2. When the Personal Data of the applicant is not found in the database of Mezcal Valiente Bravo.
